Palace Hotel Linna is a pleasant combination of the best of the old and the new. The world-class Hotel Linna welcomes you to its unique building. Known as the Old Polytechnic, this granite castle is one of the most important examples of the Finnish Jugend style, or National Romanticism. Built in 1903, the Old Polytechnic housed the students' union club until 1967.
At its time, the building represented bold architecture. Today, it has been renovated into a modern hotel with all contemporary amenities while respecting its cultural heritage. Skillful craftsmanship and charming details are especially evident at the lobby bar and the rooms.
Restaurants Inspired by French country inns, the hotel and its restaurants charm you with their personal style and beautiful architecture. A visit to the restaurants takes you on a trip into small Provence villages. You can even enjoy French delicacies in the privacy of your room by ordering a picnic basket available from room service.
Other services The hotel's top floor houses excellent sauna facilities and an intimate meeting room that can accommodate 2-24 people. A separate round-table cabinet is also available in the great tower.
